ColorFX is the only print company in the industry offering you a chance to choose a custom size and quantity for any product you wish to order and, at the same time, save money.
3 easy steps for choosing size and quantity:
1. Select your product by going to the left-hand sidebar of the ColorFX home page and clicking on the product. An instant pricing calculator box will appear on your screen.
2. Enter the quantity you are ordering.
a. For a standard customer quantity, go to the “Standard Size” tab in the instant pricing calculator. Under “Quantity,” select your standard quantity from the drop-down menu. [Once you select your quantity, the instant pricing calculator immediately updates your price and your amount of savings.]
b. There are two ways to enter your custom quantity:
i. The first option is to enter your custom quantity on the right-hand side of the blue “Standard Size” tab. Enter your custom quantity and hit “GO.” Your price and savings will appear in the instant pricing calculator.
ii. The second way to enter your customer quantity is on the green “Custom Size” tab in the instant pricing calculator. Simply enter your custom quantity in the custom quantity box and hit “GO.”
3. Enter the size of the product you are ordering.
a. To order a standard size, go to the “Standard Size” tab and choose the size you are ordering from the “Size” drop-down menu. Your cost and savings will immediately appear in the instant pricing calculator.
b. To order a custom size, go to the green or “Custom Size” tab in the instant pricing calculator. ColorFX allows you to order any size for your product as long as it falls within the parameters.
i. Enter the dimensions for your product. NOTE: If the dimensions that you enter fall outside of the parameters, a red “attention” box will pop up on the computer screen to alert you. The attention box will give you the dimension guidelines for that product.
ii. Hit “GO” and immediately see your pricing and your savings in the instant pricing calculator.
PLEASE NOTE: If a green “Custom Size” tab is not included on the instant pricing calculator for the product you are ordering, you can still order a custom size with the use of a ColorFX form.
