We recommend using the 5×7 or the 7×10, but offer greeting cards at other sizes when requested using our custom quote system. • 5″ x 7″ (which folds to 3.5″ x 5″), • 8.5″ x 6″ (which folds to 4.25″ x 6″), and • 7″ x 10″ (which folds to 5″ x 7″). You should also consider the different types of paper greeting cards are typically printed on. Below are brief descriptions of several different paper types. • 10 pt. Cardstock Gloss –thin card stock with water-based aqueous coating for more vivid looking and bright attractive color scheme • 10 pt. Cardstock Matte –thin card stock with dull coating for the ultimate matte finish. This adds the stylish finishing look. • 14 pt. Cardstock Gloss –extra thick card stock with the same coating as the 10 pt. glossy cardstock that will make the card fonts stand out and glow. • 13 pt. Cardstock Uncoated –a thick, recycled card stock with a smooth paper texture, which is left uncoated for the highest opacity. Natural paper fibers may be visible in the final prints.
Envelopes
