How to Submit Front and Back file?

Each side of your job must be on a separate file. Please see the example Below:

When you create an artwork containing Spot UV elements, you must include a Spot UV separate file along with the regular full color file. The Spot UV file is used to show where the UV will be placed.

What is Overprint and how can it affect to my file?

You can use overprinting to prevent knockout and make the topmost overlapping printing ink appear transparent in relation to the underlying ink. Always discard your overprinting before sending artwork to print.

On the first picture the logo Title was set to overprint. Unexpected results may occur after printing. The colors of Title are mixing with the colors of background. Always check your artwork and disable overprints before submitting.

Should I send additional files?

When you send your artwork, please don’t send additional files, like proof or sample, because they might get printed or confuse the prepress process. Please send only the files you need to be printed.

How to avoid transparency issues?

Any transparency issue can be resolved before saving your file.

To prevent this, never use shadows, glows, or any other transparency (image or otherwise) on top of a spot color. Always convert your spot color to CMYK and flatten before sending.
