<\/p>\"cfxmyspace\"The ColorFX website offers a personalized space where you can log in, view your account history, download or reorder previously submitted graphics, store addresses for your clients, and more.\n

To create your ColorFX My Space:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Visit the ColorFX website at www.colorfxweb.com.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the \u201cLog in\u201d button at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n
  3. If you do not have an account, you can select to create an account as a reseller or a non-reseller.\n
      \n
    1. All of the bolded sections of the registration must be filled out in order to create your account.<\/li>\n
    2. For your safety, ColorFX does not have access to the password you create. Be sure to record your password when creating your account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. After you\u2019ve created your account, you will automatically be logged in to your new ColorFX My Space account.\u00a0 In the future, simply click \u201cLog In\u201d and enter the user name and password that you set up.<\/li>\n
    4. Once you\u2019ve logged in, you will see 8 tabs that you can access from your My Space account:\u00a0 \u201cMy Space,\u201d \u201cAccount Info,\u201d \u201cAddress Book,\u201d \u201cOrder History,\u201d \u201cCustom Quotes,\u201d\u00a0 \u201cRequest Samples,\u201d \u201cContact Us,\u201d or \u201cHelp.\u201d\u00a0 Information about each follows.\n

      1. On the \u201cMy Space\u201d tab is a welcome screen that says,\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cWelcome to your personalized My Space at ColorFX Web.\u00a0 Managing your printing business has never been so easy.\u201d\u00a0 From this page, you can click on \u201cPurchase a Product,\u201d \u201cUpload Your Artwork,\u201d or \u201cCreate a Custom Quote.\u201d<\/li>\n
      2. If you click the \u201cAccount Info\u201d tab, you will be given seven options.\n

        1. Edit My Personal Information<\/a><\/li>\n
        2. Manage My Address Book<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          i.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You can create a new address or edit addresses previously stored in your My Space.<\/p>\n

          1. Change Password<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            i.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You can change your password to anything you\u2019d like, but keep in mind that ColorFX does not have access to the password you create.\u00a0 Be sure to keep a record of it.\u00a0 ColorFX takes your security very seriously and has taken every step possible to ensure that your information is 100% secure.\u00a0 The ColorFX website is a verified secure website with GoDaddy.com and is protected with up to 256-bit secure sockets layer encryption.\u00a0 ColorFX is also an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.\u00a0 ColorFX has been doing business for the past 15 years, and your security is of the utmost importance.<\/p>\n

            1. Manage Reseller Info<\/a><\/li>\n
            2. Learn More About Our Affiliate Program<\/a> (for Re-sellers only)<\/li>\n
            3. Download Credit Application<\/a><\/li>\n
            4. Download California Resale Certificate<\/a><\/li>\n
            5. You can access addresses by clicking on the \u201cAddress Book\u201d tab as well as on the \u201cAccount Info\u201d tab by clicking on \u201cManage my Address Book.\u201d<\/li>\n
            6. Click on the \u201cOrder History\u201d tab to view your ColorFX\u00a0 order history.\n

              1. To view your orders, click under the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u201cAction\u201d heading on \u201cView details and upload files.\u201d<\/p>\n

                1. From this page, you can view and reorder products.<\/li>\n
                2. Click on the \u201cCustom Quote\u201d tab to get a custom quote\n
                    \n
                  1. Click on \u201cCreate New Quote\u201d and enter all the specifications of your product and hit \u201cSave.\u201d<\/li>\n
                  2. You can expect to receive an e-mail letting you know when your order is ready to view.<\/li>\n
                  3. Under the \u201cCustom Quote\u201d tab, you can see a history of any custom quote you\u2019ve ever requested.\u00a0 The information includes quote number; date and time it was placed; the current quote status; and, under the \u201cAction\u201d heading, you can view Final Pricing and Purchase<\/li>\n
                  4. Click on the \u201cRequest Samples\u201d tab to request samples of ColorFX products.\u00a0 You will see a screen that says:\u00a0 \u201cAny samples you request will be sent to your primary contact address.\u00a0 What kinds of samples would you like us to send you?\u201d\u00a0 Simply select the product you wish to receive and click \u201cSubmit.\u201d\u00a0 You can expect to receive your sample via mail shortly after.<\/li>\n
                  5. You can access the ColorFX contact information from the \u201cContact Us\u201d tab.\u00a0 There you will find our hours of operation, directions, our mailing address, ColorFX phone numbers and e-mail addresses, and more.<\/li>\n
                  6. Click on the \u201cHelp\u201d tab to access the Help Center if you have any questions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
