We Design it!<\/span> \u2013\u00a0You have two options when it comes to designing your mailer:\u00a0You can have us design it or you can upload your own design!<\/p>\n We Print it!<\/span> \u2013\u00a0We will print your direct mail text and graphics on 14pt. gloss cover stock using our highest quality standards and great prices.<\/p>\n We Mail it!<\/span> \u2013\u00a0Send us your mailing list and we will deliver it to mailboxes with our competitive rates.<\/p>\n Postage prices depend on the size, weight, and thickness of your printed piece, as well as the class of service you choose (First Class or Standard).<\/p>\n Here are some basic terms and guidelines on direct mail services:<\/span> Automated<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0means a barcode is printed on the piece. The barcode is a series of bars that is read by the postal machines, and it represents the delivery point address. The space needed to inkjet the barcode is 4\u201d wide by 2\u201d tall. Preparing mail automated presorted gets you the cheapest postage.<\/p>\n If there is no room for a barcode, the mail may be prepared presorted, which will still give you cheaper postage rates than if it is not presorted. That\u2019s considered\u00a0non-automated presorted.<\/span><\/p>\n Machinable<\/span> means the mail piece can run through the postal machines and the address can be read by the machines. This refers to the size of the piece and the ratio of the length vs. the height of the piece.<\/p>\n Non-machinable<\/span><\/strong> means the size ratio does not meet requirements to be read by the postal machines and a postal employee must read the address and process the mail manually.
