Catalog Printing

Catalogs generally contain a complete list of items or services—for example, clothing or college course offerings—and they often contain many images or illustrations.

Industries frequently use catalogs to list products, services, and for annual reports and company profiles. It is especially important that catalogs containing images be printed using high-quality ink and technology.

Our catalog printing service features:

  • Large selection of paper stocks for printing, as well as a number of coating options, depending on your selected stock.
  • Virtually unlimited combinations of custom sizes and orientation for a distinctive look.
  • Choice of binding, including saddle stitching, perfect and spiral binding or wire-o.
  • Choice of the exact quantity of catalogs needed; most printers only offer fixed-quantity increments, making our wholesale catalog printing more affordable and sustainable.
Please Note: Any quantity up to 2500 on 70# offset uncoated text paper will be printed digitally and is not compatible with most of the laser printers.

Mailing Services fee for Catalogs: List processing fee of $45 for one list and $15 for each additional list, $79 per 1000 Injekt charge, Tabbing charge and a postage fee (refer to our Direct Mailing section for details).

Catalogs are eligible to mail at either Letter or Flat rates, depending on the final/folded size.

Letter Rate Requirements:

  • Size: 5.5x8.5, 6x9, or 8.5x11 if custom trimmed to 6x11 (for Standard saddle stitch binding on long dimension only)
  • Tabbing: Must be double tabbed on long edge, parallel to the spine
  • Design:  Back cover layout must be landscape/horizontal with bound edge at the bottom and include 4” wide x 2” tall unprinted area for addressing

Examples of Booklet weights:

  • 8.5 x 11: 100# Gloss Book, 16 pager: 2,500 qty. - 200 per box - 13 boxes @ 31lbs. = TOTAL weight of 405lbs.
