2. For 3-4 Day Turnaround Orders: |

A. Only prepaid by Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card or American Express).
B. For single item orders over $2,000, please complete an online Application Form. Upon approval of credit, pay 50% up front and balance before pickup or delivery. If your application is not approved you will be charged automatically to the same Credit Card for remaining 50% balance.
